This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Ada County, Idaho, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Web site. Use of this Web site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. Any failure of BoiseRents.com to enforce, at any time or for any period of time, any of the provisions under this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of the right of BoiseRents.com to enforce such provisions unless said waiver is in writing.
